This system applies technologies such as image intelligent recognition, Internet of Things, edge computing, photogrammetry, video monitoring and streaming media control. It combines the principles and calculation models of slope flow production, slope confluence and river confluence, builds integrated and standardized monitoring stations, realizes real-time sensing and monitoring of water level, flow rate and flow, floating objects and water shoreline, and integrates RTU docking sensors to realize a variety of sensing and monitoring such as meteorology and water quality.
