Based on end flow rate and critical working pressure of pressure regulator, mathematical models are established for highly uniform irrigation by center pivot system. A special fertilizer injection device, with high precision, wide application and low operating cost, was designed for field crops production. The technology and equipment satisfies the requirement of precision irrigation and fertilization of field crops, contributing to water saving, fertilizer reduction, cost minimization and yield increase. This precision fertilization by center pivot system can be applied in the production of wheat, maize, potato, forage and other field crops.
