This science popularization video introduces the geographical and climatic characteristics of the Lancang-Mekong River Basin, the evolution of drought in the basin under the background of climate change, the drought relief cooperation adopted by the six countries in the basin, and the drought relief strategies and measures that should be taken according to the characteristics of the basin.
