To ensure the traditional activities on the Lancang River during the Water Splashing Festival of the Dai ethnic group, the outflow of Jinghong Reservoir on Lancang River will be regulated .

According to the arrangement of power grid system, the outflow of Jinghong Hydropower Station is gradually decreased from 2000m³/s-3000m³/s to 1500m³/s-1600m³/s starting from 0:00 am on 11th,April. The outflow will be gradually increased to 2000m³/s -3000m³/s from 0:00 am on 17th , April. 

In case of any other significant variation of the outflow, the Chinese side will timely keep you informed .
